Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

🌍 International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or provided upon request.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes (VAT), and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

The customer (recipient) is fully responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs processing
  • Additional charges applied by customs authorities
  • Returned shipments due to unpaid duties or taxes

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid fees, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping is typically 1-3 business days for in-stock items and 3-7 days for special orders. International shipping times may be longer due to packages going through customs.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused and include all the original packaging. Customer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless product was damaged, lost or incorrect.

Special order items, made-to-order items, special cut hoses and assemblies are not eligible for returns or refunds unless an incorrect or damaged product is received. Please note, custom made hose assemblies have a tolerance of up to 0.5 inch in length.

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a free return shipping label and send your free replacement once the item is received back to our warehouse and file a claim with carrier for any product damages.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item and initiated after any shipping costs and restocking fees are deducted and typically it will reflect to your original payment method in 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
